Check in:
If you are arriving at the Hotel and are pre-registered you can pick up your show packet there. If you are going straight to the show on Saturday, and are pre-registered, then you should park your Camaro on the show field where you want. Proceed on foot to the registration area and pick up your packet as well as any other item(s) ordered. If you are not pre-registered, then you may do so at the show by driving to the non-registered line and doing so. Friday activity participants' will receive their credentials prior to their arrival. .

Bringing a Trailer ...

If you are trailering your Camaro, you are NOT ALLOWED to park your trailer at either hotel.
Multi Lakes has provided us with secure trailer parking at their site. Simply follow the map to
Multi Lakes Conservation Association and then the trailer parking signs. It is in their very secure
premises and safe until you need to unload. There is plenty of room for you to unload and
navigate. You may leave your Camaro inside and safe until the show. There will be security, so
you will be asked questions.

Bring your own Canopy ...

You will be allowed to set-up your own portable canopy. You may set it up on either grass or pavement. Just be sure that it is properly anchored. |
Dog Policy ...

You are allowed to bring your dog to the park. They must be on a leash at all times and kept away from the cars. |
Schedule Overview:
- Friday Activity (July 12): 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Our activity for Friday will be open racing Milan Dragway.
We will be caravaning from the hotel as a group. We will assemble at 8:15 am and depart the hotel once the group is ready to go. If you want to simply drive to the track on your own and meet us there, please arrive by 10:00 when the gates open. Passengers - no limit - are allowed as long as they are belted. Cost is $35 per car. Spectators and non-racing Camaros are free and a Camaro corral will be established. We'll get as many laps as time allows. At this time, we must limit the number of Camaros to 55. So pre-register quickly. Bring your CAMERAS!! We must be done at the track and out by 3:00 pm sharp. Milan will have their full-service snack bar open throughout the day. But snacks are allowed. Absolutely No Alcohol. Please be aware that this will be a "no-prep" drag strip. Meaning that the surface of the track will not necessarily be treated in any way. Note: Your Camaro must pass a tech inspection and abide by all the NHRA rules NHRA Rule Book Also see:

- Friday Afternoon (July 12): noon - 3:00 pm.
For those of you who are not going to the Dragway, there will be an Open House at
The Lingenfelter Collection (lots of classic cars on display) from noon until 3:00 pm.
Location: 7819 Lochlin Drive in Brighton, MI. A donation at the door would be appreciated.Map
- Friday Evening (July 12): 3:00 pm - closing. Multi Lakes has their own regular Friday night Community
Classic Car Show (wide variety of vehicles) and we are invited to attend and even show our Camaros
in a special Camaro display area.
This is a free event. Then starting at 5:00 pm Multi Lakes is hosting a Fish Fry Dinner.
The cost is $13.50 per person (ages 5-12 is $8.50, under 5 is free, seniors are $13.00)
You are not required to pre-register for this event and we are not collecting money for this ahead of time.
Simply pay at the door.
- Saturday (July 13): 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Camaro Superfest Car Show. Drive or trailer your Camaro into the Park, shine it up and
show it off. If your car is being judged, drive your car over to the judging area whenever you are ready.
Please be sure to enjoy all of the other
Camaros that will be there. Talk to their owners. Everyone has a story to tell!!
- Saturday Evening (July 13): 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Dinner at the Park Starting around 5:00 pm, Multi Lakes is
featuring as classic BBQ Dinner consisting of:
BBQ 1/2 Chicken or T-Bone Steak, Tater Tots, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw,
Rolls, Yellow or Chocolate Cake, Water or Soda. The cost is $25 per person
and you must pre-register for this event. An evening of entertainment is planned for afterwards.
- Sunday (July 14): 8:00 am - 2:30 pm. Car Show at Multi Lakes. (Note: There will be NO Sunday Judging this year)
- Sunday (July 14): 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm. The Award Ceremony and Wrap-up!
- Sunday (July 14): Starting at 9:00 am, Multi Lakes is offering an "All you can eat breakfast".
Cost is $9.00 per person (seniors $8.50)
You will pay at the door but you should still pre-register for this event so they can better plan on a head count.

You may NOT bring alcohol into the park. You may purchase beer, wine, and spirits as guests at the clubhouse.
