I PRE-REGISTERED BUT DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE EVENT, NOW WHAT?
Our policy has always been that if you pre-register for the event and then can't make it,
you can get a refund of your entry fee and any other money, as long as you notify us BEFORE
the start of the event, which would be Thursday before our Friday night registration.
However, now that the event is over there can be no refunds issued.
However, we will be sending you any pre-paid t-shirts you ordered and a dash plaque as a
way of saying THANKS for almost attending our event.
We sincerely hope that whatever it was that kept you away from attending, was not serious
or life threatening and that the situation has worked out as best as possible for you and your family!!
CAN I STILL GET CSF EVENT SHIRTS?
YES. Please check out our 'Register Now' section on this website to order and pay
for event t-shirts through PayPal services or your credit card.
You can also purchase t-shirts at the event. We generally have an ample supply of
various sizes, but cannot guarantee they will last all weekend. Also, at the event,
we usually have t-shirts from past years at discounted prices.
SPEAKING OF SHIRTS...
If you pre-registered and paid for a shirt(s) and the event is canceled for some reason
(such as extreme weather), we will do our best to get your shirt to you.
THERE WERE GOOD VENDORS IN THE SWAP AREA, HOW COME YOU CAN'T GET MORE AND WITH THE PARTS I NEED?
We are at the mercy of the vendors, as to who attends and who doesn't. We certainly do not plan on
having any certain vendors or a limited number. We'd love to fill a whole lot of vendors for you!!
Being a Camaro only event, it does limit many vendors on what they can sell,
so that is another reason we get so few.
I HAD MY CAMARO JUDGED AND WOULD LIKE TO GET MY JUDGING SHEETS, HOW DO I DO THAT?
Notice: Judging sheets from last year's Superfest are no longer available.
Our policy has always been that your judging sheets are available to you, after the event.
There were/are instructions in your event program, but here they are again.
To get your judging sheets you must send us a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) and
it needs to be a #10 business size!

Please include a note with some information,
like name, car number, type of Camaro and class you were in, as this will help us find
your forms faster. We will then mail your forms back to you with a cover letter,
giving you some information on where you stood in your class and the scores above,
below and top score of the class. We'll get these back to you as soon as possible.
CAN I GET A COPY OF THE JUDGING SHEETS FOR THE GUY/GAL WHO BEAT ME?
Sorry, no! Judging sheets only go the car owner and no one else. Again, with the cover letter
you will receive, it will give you the score of the person ahead of you,
behind you and the top score of the class.
HOW CAN THERE BE A TIE FOR AN AWARD AND CAN'T THESE BE BROKEN?
Ties simply happen as each car is judged on its own merits. I'm sure the judges don't remember from sheet to sheet what the scores are,
so they simply add up this way. Ties could be very hard to break. We do not know all of the scores until 1-2 hours before awards.
If we have a tie and try to break it, one of the two cars may not be there on Sunday, so would we penalize him for that...
see, it starts to get kinda hairy... thus it's easier and more fair to simply give our two awards for the same place.
JUST HOW DO THEY JUDGE MY CAMARO? IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE THEY WERE LOOKING AT THE RIGHT STUFF?
The Judges are looking for cleanliness and detailing! This is what our judging is based on. We are not and never will be a concours type of event, where every nut and bolt, paint codes and such are taken into account. Our judging is a FUN system of judging, meant to award those who take the time and effort to take care of their Camaros and go the extra distance in cleaning as much of their Camaro as possible. The cleaner the Camaro, the better you should score! Detailing involves making your Camaro as neat as possible. This can include extra wire looms to keep all the wires straight, hiding odd looking stuff, painted details all matching, etc. There are other events that do a more comprehensive judging style, so seek those out if that is what you are looking for, but return to CAMARO SUPERFEST for a more relaxed judging effort and a more relaxed fun filled weekend!!
I THINK I MIGHT HAVE WON AN AWARD, BUT COULDN'T BE THERE ON SUNDAY. AM I OUT OF LUCK ON GETTING MY AWARD?
Current policy is- if you cannot be at the event for awards on Sunday afternoon, you must give your window tag
to a friend so they can get your award. If that is not possible and you cannot return on Sunday for the awards
presentation, we will contact you if you won an award. However... we cannot afford to mail out awards for free.
You will have to pay $10 per award to have it mailed to you. Send the $10 in a check, money order,or cash to:
